Screw Pump
Screw pump is widely used in chemical industry, pharmaceutical, brewing, paper, food, and other units. It can transport contains particles with high concentration and viscosity < 10000 PaS and suspended slurry. Its transmission fluid flow is stable, no over flow, pulse and stirring shear grout phenomenon. Discharge pressure is nothing to do with speed, low flow can also keep the high excretion pressure. Flow speed is direct proportion with variable speed. Through speed exchanger institutions or high-speed motor can realize flow adjusting. Self-priming ability is high; the liquid flow direction is changed by the pump rotation, applicable for occasion of positive flush. It has the advantages of smooth operation, and vibration, low noise.

1. Summarize
Screw pump is a single-screw transfer pump. Its main working parts include the screw of eccentric helicoids (called rotor) and the screw bush with a double-line helicoids on its surface (called stator). Its working principle goes like this: When the electromotor drives the pump shaft to rotate, the screw rotates around its own axes one hand and rolls along the inner surface of the bush on the other, thus forming a seal cavity in the pump. When the screw rotates a cycle, the liquid in the seal cavity will advance a screw pitch forward. With the continuous drive of the screw, the liquid will press from a seal cavity to another cavity in a spiral manner until it is pressed out of the pump body finally.

It can be used for the transfer of corrosive media like foodstuff slurry, solution or suspension containing solid grains or rubber blocks with a viscosity of 10000PA? S. It is widely applied in such industrial sectors as food, metallurgy, construction, pharmacy and chemical industry.
3. Characteristic
It has high self-sucking ability and doesn't need the bottom valve to pump liquid.
